5th Grade Camp to Wyman!

What a wonderful experience! Super happy and proud of our 5th grade students for accepting the challenge, activities, and team building exercises of their 2 day excursion! A BIG Thank You to our Kennerly PTP and wonderful parent support for making this possible for all of our 5th grade students!

Patriot's Day Parade at Kennerly!

Kennerly Elementary is excited to honored and to say Thank You to our community heroes! Our students have been busy working on thank you cards, banners, and posters to express our gratitude for the men and women who support our communities! We would love for our parents, grandparents, family members, and friends who are firefights, police officers, ENT's, Nurses, Doctors, and other service workers to join the car parade! Thank you in advance for your attendance! We appreciate all you do!


Our Patriot's Day Car Parade will follow our Parent Pick up & Drop Off route. We will have grade level stationed in various places on our Kennerly campus. Thank you for your support!

Kennerly Movie Night Sept. 15th!

It's time for popcorn, blankets, and all your favorite smacks! Our Kennerly PTP is looking forward to our Movie Night on Friday, Sept.15th! Door will open at 6:15pm! Students will have an opportunity to vote for their movie this coming week! I can't wait to see what movie is selected. Hope to see everyone Friday!

Dr. Lake's Listening & Learning Presentatiion!

We are excited that Superintendent, Dr. Tony Lake, will be sharing his Listening & Learning Presentation at our Kennerly PTP meeting on Tuesday, Sept 12th at 7pm. Please come and join our PTP meeting and get first hand insight on Lindbergh School District! Hope to see everyone there!

Nominate a Special Lindbergh Teacher for #TeacherProud Tuesday

Calling all students, parents, and community members: Lindbergh Schools wants your nominations for #TeacherProud Tuesday! Tell us about a teacher who works in our schools who has made a difference in your life, and they might be selected to be featured on social media as part of #TeacherProud Tuesday, a statewide social media initiative that is designed to recognize outstanding teachers and promote public education. On the second Tuesday of each month, Missouri school districts will recognize a #TeacherProud Tuesday honoree for going above and beyond, and making a difference in the lives of students.


Gifted Association of Missouri Virtual Speaker Series: Parenting Gifted Children 7-8 p.m., Sept. 18

Please join us as Aisha Hasan speaks on the topic of “Parenting Gifted Children.” Parenting is hard, and parenting a gifted child has unique challenges. Learn about the important role parents play, the unexpected traits that can make parenting gifted children easier (empathy, gratitude, and mindset), and how to create a support network to enhance and empower your parenting skills.


LPAC Speaker Series: Promoting Equity in Special Education 6-7 p.m., Sept. 20

Please join us for LPAC's first virtual presentation of the year, featuring guest speakers Dr. Sheriah Mason, director of inclusion, equity and diversity for Lindbergh Schools; and Dr. Michael Maclin, executive director of equity for Special School District. LPAC is the Lindbergh Parent Advisory Council for special education.

Another great week in the records books! Love that our students had a chance to be outdoors this week and enjoy the sunshine!


On Thursday and Friday of this week, our 5th grade students and staff are heading to Camp Wyman to take their learning outside the four walls of the classroom! They will also embark on a number of teamwork activities! Thank you to our wonderful PTP and Kennerly families for making this opportunity possible!

Your Voice Matters: Strategic Plan Community Events

Lindbergh Schools invites all parents, staff and Lindbergh community members to participate in one of four community engagement events during the week of Sept. 11. Feedback collected during these events will inform the development of the district's next five-year strategic plan.


We want to hear from as many members of the community as possible, so please share this invitation and make every effort to attend one of the following events during the week of Sept. 11. We appreciate your feedback and support!

The Lindbergh community is invited to join the Lindbergh High School Alumni Association for a special evening, as we celebrate this year’s Distinguished Alumni, Distinguished Educators, and Hall of Fame Athletes!


Lindbergh Schools Foundation Community Breakfast Sponsorships

The Lindbergh Schools Foundation will host its fourth annual Community Breakfast on Friday, Oct. 27, and they are looking for businesses and families who would like to sponsor this community event! All proceeds benefit Lindbergh students and staff.

Parent Pick Drop Off & Pick Up:

If you are driving your child(ren) to school, please follow our parent drop off and pick up route. Please DO NOT park on Sunset Drive to pick up or drop off students. Thanks for help!



  • Students should not arrive at school before 8:35am
  • Please practice caution and put cell phones away during student drop off and pick up
  • Please put your car in park when students are loading and unloading
  • Please have students enter and exit on the passenger side
  • Parents/guardians please remain in your car
  • When on Kennerly Road and waiting to enter the school's parking lot, please put on your hazard/flasher light to alert on coming drivers. Thanks.


Please be sure your child knows how they are getting home from school. Safety is our top priority and we want to make sure morning arrival/dismissal goes smoothly.
