Part I: Shakespeare wrote a play with a character which was easily manipulated and had greed for power in 1606,Macbeth. His desperate need for power caused his ambition. The downfall began when the witches told him that he would be the king. Soon after that he told his wife lady Macbeth and they came to a plan to kill the current king, Duncan. The next morning Macbeth and Lady Macbeth both acted as they weren't the cause of his death. Macbeth then started to hallucinate. Soon after he killed Duncan, Banquo and young seawards.
