Protein
Matthew Richardson B2
My Original Poem
Provides the amino acids needed to have a healthy body.
Right amounts of protein can help with weight lose.
Over consumption of protein is easy it should be 10 to 15% calories of your daily intake.
The hair on the human body is made of protein.
Energy is supplied to the body from eating food containing protein.
Incomplete proteins are lacking one or more amino acids.
Needed to repair injured cells and build new ones.
What happens if you don’t get enough or too much protein?
-The body cannot function properly with little protein, it may cause muscle loss, depression, low sex drive and other problems.
-The body is hurt by to much protein it causes harm to the kidneys, also it may cause unexplained vomiting or even loss in appetite.
