Free TriMet Passes for High School students this summer
We have some exciting news to share with you. We have been approved to offer free bus passes for TriMet this summer.
As part of their “Get Oregon Moving program”, TriMet is providing a limited number of free transit passes for high school youth this summer!
As a partner in the pilot program, we have been provided passes to distribute to our high school students throughout TTSD. We encourage any student who is in need of summer transit or would like to take transit to summer events, education, activities, jobs, and other opportunities to take advantage of this opportunity.
If you or a student you know would be interested in receiving a bus pass, please direct them to complete this request form ASAP. We will begin distributing the passes next week!
Does your child need a sports physical? call NHC Tualatin High School-Based Health Center
Save time by getting your student’s annual checkup and sport physical together at no cost to you at the Tualatin High School SBHC.
Students without insurance won’t be turned away. If your student has private insurance, the insurance company will be billed for the appointment with parent or guardian permission. Students ages 15 and up don’t need a parent or guardian in attendance at their appointment.
At the appointment, your child will need to bring a completed sports physical form (available on our website) and their insurance information, if they have insurance.
Sign up for an appointment today! Appointments will be available during the school day from May 31 to June 17, with some evening slots available, as well.
To make an appointment or ask questions, call NHC Tualatin High School-Based Health Center at (503) 941-3180 or email us at tualatinhs@nhcoregon.org.
