Dear Elmonica Families,
There are changes to everyone's learning schedule next week. Please be patient with teachers as the adjustments are made to teaching morning hybrid and afternoon CDL classes. All students will have asynchronous learning online during the other half of the school day. Classroom teachers will communicate the specific details for their individual classes.
IPH - In-Person Hybrid Begins
April 5 for Kindergarten-2nd grade
April 8 for 3rd-5th grade students

Business with the School Office
Appointments: If you need to conduct business with the school office staff, please call to schedule an appointment. We are only receiving visitors in the office with one family (two people) at a time. 503-356-2080.
Paperwork: If you need to return paperwork, there is an office mailbox on the window to the left side of the school front doors. Please call to let the office staff know you have dropped off paperwork. 503-356-2080.

News from Nutrition Services & Free Meal Information
The USDA has provided waivers for the remainder of the school year that allow any child (ages 1-18) to access free meals.
Starting April 5, meal service via bus routes will be discontinued.
For Elementary Hybrid Students:
- Hybrid students can receive a free daily meal bag with breakfast, lunch and a supper snack to take home.
- Two days of meals will be sent home on Tuesday.
- No registration is required.
For Middle School Hybrid Students:
- Hybrid students can eat lunches for free at school on the days that they attend in-person instruction.
- Free meal bags with breakfasts, lunches and supper snacks will be available for students to take home at the end of their in-person school days to cover days that they’re learning from home.
- No registration is required.
For Option or High School Hybrid Students:
- Hybrid students can eat breakfasts and lunches for free at school on the days that they attend in-person instruction.
- Free meal bags with breakfasts, lunches and supper snacks will be available for students to take home at the end of their in-person school days to cover days that they’re learning from home.
- No registration is required.
If you attend CDL, FLEX Online School or are a non-enrolled community child:
- All Comprehensive Distance Learning (CDL) students, FLEX students and children not enrolled in the Beaverton School District can access a free 5-day meal bag every Wednesday from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Meal bags include 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 supper snacks. Only children aged 4 and older are eligible for supper snacks.
- Families can select a school to pick up these meals on the Meal Bag Registration Form.
- Registration is strongly encouraged.
- Children do not need to be present to pick up meal bags.
- Anyone picking up meal bags must wear a mask.
