Stress, Anxiety, and Self-Regulation
We all experience anxiety from time to time. As parents and educators, our goal is not to get rid of anxiety. Instead we need to give our students tools to help them manage their stress and anxiety so that it does not become all-consuming. We want our students to have confidence and resilience so they can face new challenges and experiences.
