In other words, flexibility is the ability to move your body freely, helping the blood circulation throughout your body.

-Increases your ability to move, and to keep your balance.
What Can I Do To Become More Flexible?
There are many things that you can do to improve your flexibility.
-Practice stretching daily. Some ways to do this can be to stretch while watching television or reading.
-Join an activity that practices flexibility. For example, you can do dance, gymnastics, and ballet.
-You can do yoga on your own. This can be good for your physical, and mental health. This will also improve your flexibility because yoga involves various positions that help your blood circulation.
