President's Welcome - Mr. Wallack welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Public Participation - There was no public participation during the first opportunity for public participation.
Minutes - The following minutes were included in the agenda:
- The Board approved the minutes from the December 19, 2022 legislative meeting.
Education Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Two (2) confidential educational placements
- Student Activities
- Professional development conferences
Finance Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Routine matters - Treasurer's Report, the list of bill payments, budgetary transfers, and disposal of excess, obsolete, and non-repairable equipment
- Insurance claim contract change orders
- SRMS change orders
- SRMS construction waste management contract amendment
- Audit report for fiscal year ended June 30, 2022
- Two (2) settlement stipulations
- Real estate tax penalty refund
Personnel Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Personnel Report inclusive of appointments, retirements and resignations, leaves of absence, changes of status, and extracurriculars
- Reappointment of Ms. Ashley Kitten as the District's Management Trustee Representative to the Bucks & Montgomery County Schools Health Care Consortium
Policy Committee Recommendations - The Board affirmed the following first readings:
- Organization (Board Operating Guidance 005)
- Student Expression/Distribution and Posting of Materials (220)
- Relations with Law Enforcement Agencies (225)
- Searches (226)
- Prohibited, Illegal, and Other Controlled Substances (227)
Other Business Recommendations - The Board accepted a Farm to School Grant in the amount of $4,995 from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Additionally, the Board reaffirmed their commitment to PSBA's Principles of Governance and Leadership.
Solicitor's Report - Mr. Diasio reported that the Board met in executive session on January 23, 2023 from 5:45 PM until 6:55 PM to discuss the personnel report included on the legislative agenda, an update on UDEA negotiations, and administrator contracts.
Public Participation - There was no public participation during the second opportunity for public participation.
