His life
Ansel Adams was a brilliant photographer and environmentalist. He was born in 1902 and died in 1984, he took pictures of famous places and expressed his enviromental side on them, his works consisted of beautiful pictures of parks and places rich with nature and beauty, one picture like the one he took inside the national Yosemite park. At the time of his death in 1984 he was accompanied by his wife, son, daughter and 5 grandchildren he died of Cardiovascular disease
His Accomplishments
During his life he received degrees from both Harvard and Yale universities, in 1966 he was elected as a fellow member of the American Academy of Arts and Science. Also in 1980 he received the presidential medal of freedom from former president Jimmy Carter, and lastly he was inducted into the California hall of fame by the governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger and first lady Maria Shriver in 2007;obviously this are just a couple of all the awards he recived during his life time due to his hard work and dedication. In the field of an enviromentalist he also did good things like take pictures of places and talking about the way we need to take care and conserve those places so they stay just as beautiful as the way they look in the pictures.
