Who are the Aryans?

The Aryans migrated into the Indian subcontinent and modern Iran about 1500 BCE. The name Iran literally means "Kingdom of Aryans." They were an advanced group that had measurements for weight used for trading food. Aryans also had advanced agruculture and a lot of farmland

Where did they rule?

The Aryans lived in southern Russia in the beginning of the in development. Settled in different regions of northwestern India. Their homeland was somewhere between the Caspian and Aral Seas. The geography of the area they lived in consisted of mountains, seashores, forest, plains, and deserts.

Famous Leaders.

Conquered Civilizations.

Aryans called them selves superior. They were nomadic people with strong conquering techniques. As they moved into the Indus Valley they took over land and civilizations through-out modern day India.

Advancements in Technology.

They were not very advanced in technology besides their fighting tactics, but they had a well developed culture from songs, poetry, and dance. They also had a slight gambling problem. There are no writings found today from the Aryan culture until 650 B.C.

Why They Are Not Alive Today.

The Aryans blended cultures with the native Indian people and gave up their nomadic way of life. They mixed language, religion, and general way of life. There are still aryan generations in india mixed with other races and people.
