Field Day Volunteers are Needed
Field Day activities are planned for grades K-8 on Tuesday. Field Day is an annual event where the classes participate in a lot of fun activities. The Field Day activities will begin at 11:30 am. We would encourage the students to bring a change of clothing as many of the activities include water. If you have any questions about volunteering for this day, please contact Mrs. Baumgartner at mbaumgartner@evdio.org.
Field Day Supplies Needed
We are close to having all the supplies needed for field day. If anyone would like to donate shaving cream, the more we have the better the shaving cream slide is for the kids. We would love to have all donations by Monday. Thank you very much.
7th grade vs. 8th grade Softball Game on Wednesday
Medications in the School Office
If your children have any medications in the school office, please plan to pick these up before our final day, Wednesday. A parent must pick up the medications. Students are not permitted to bring the medications home.

Volunteers Needed
Resurrection will be hosting a special sale for teachers. It will be a chance for teachers from the area to rent a table to sell their unwanted classroom items—flea market style.
We are in need of several adults or junior high students to carry tables from the cafeteria to the gym on Thursday, June 20 at 6:00 pm. We will need help returning the tables to the cafeteria on Friday, June 21 at noon.
If you are able to help with this, please contact Jennifer Schmitz at jschmitz@evdio.org.
Supply Kits
We will send home a copy of the supply list for next school year in your child’s report card envelope on Wednesday. Below is a copy of the flyer if you wish to order the supplies online and have them shipped directly to you. The nice part of the online purchasing is you can remove items from the list that you might already have at home to reduce the cost of the supplies. We will also post the supply list to Sycamore in case you need additional copies later this summer.
Back to School Bash
We will have classrooms open on Sunday, August 4th, after the 8:00 am Mass and before the 10:30 Mass. This is a great time to bring in school supplies and meet your child’s teacher for next school year.
Physicals
Just a reminder that incoming 6th graders and Kindergarten students must have a current physical on file the first day of next school year, August 8th. Please find the form included below.
