Weekly Reflections
Team Work
"A team that believes together, achieves together" (Gordon, 2018, p. 41)
Despite what odds that we face, coming together as a team is what truly matters. It takes a team to work together to get things done. I saw this in this faculty on last week. Thank you to everyone who stepped in to help when I was ill. Leadership is that things can continue to flow even if I am not there. Ya'll make my job easier. I saw pictures, got texts and knew that ya'll put purpose and passion behind what had to be done. I thank each of you!
Wins:
