Mid-Summer Italian Bread Salad
On the surface, this is a pretty basic salad. You can’t go wrong with it though and if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. This salad will take about 10 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes at the most to make. Here are the ingredients that you will need.
• Two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
• One clove of garlic
• ¼ of a cup of olive oil
• 1, 1 pound loaf of Italian bread
• 2 cups of chopped fresh basil
• 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
• One clove of minced garlic
• 1 cup of cucumber (you will need to seed, peel and chop the cucumber)
• 1 cup of chopped red onion
• 1/8 of a cup of chopped fresh thyme
Take a wooden salad bowl and rub a peeled clove of garlic all around the bowl. Next take the bread and either cut or tear it apart in bite sized pieces. Add the bread to the salad bowl and then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Top off the salad with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss the salad.

One way of ensuring their mission is a success by creating alliances and partnering with other HVACR industry organizations.
Currently, RSES has over 11,000 members in about 150 different chapters in both Canada and the United States. They also have an international reach with technicians in 50 countries across six continents using RSES educational techniques.
RSES was founded in 1933 during a time when the refrigeration industry, both domestic and commercial, was undeveloped. Factories were the only means of receiving an education in the refrigeration field, and the training programs were not overly comprehensive. RSES was founded with the vision of increasing and improving training methods and providing professionals in the refrigeration field a way to network and learn from each other.
