Surrender in Yorktown

I'm ready to tell you about "The Battle of Yorktown" or "The Surrender in Yorktown." It started in Sept. 28, 1781. It ended in October 19, 1781. General Cornwallis was the best person in this fight because he Surrendered. It happened in Yorktown, Virginia. "Why was this event inportant?,"you ask. Because it gave us freedom, or at least we thought. "How" your probably asking. Because we won The Revelotionary War. But what we didn't know as that there is a war after that, that declared freedom. The general of the british army (General Cornwallis) surrendered in Yorktown because us and the French Fleet trapped ,or surrounded and Cornwallis surrendered, or gave up. I think we would've reacted greatly. I mean it would make scense because thay won the revelotionary war.
