Winter Break - No School
There will be no school from Monday, December 21 through Monday, January 4. School will resume on Tuesday, January 5.
Current conditions and continue in full remote
ASD4 parents and guardians,
Happy holidays! A sincere thank you to the parents and guardians of our students. I recognize the continued challenges associated with our switch back to full remote learning after the Thanksgiving holiday and appreciate your efforts and collaboration to support your child’s learning.
I have monitored all conditions that affect the safety and operation of our schools. The number of our employees and students who have been in contact with or have tested positive for COVID-19 continues to grow. Despite all these cases occurring outside of our school district facilities, the impact of employee quarantine continues to directly impact our capacity to properly staff the in-person hybrid learning program.
We will continue with remote learning after the winter break. Our goal is to return to in-person hybrid/remote learning on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.
I will continue to monitor and consider all the available data/information, including the active cases involving our employees and students. This information will contribute to future decisions that are made in January. Additional information about the return to in-person hybrid learning will be shared prior to January 19, 2021.
I wish your family a safe and blessed holiday season.

- Tested positive for COVID-19
Parents must call the ASD4 COVID Hotline at (708) 571-5524
