Rib Eye
A rib eye steak is from a side of beef, or cow. The rib eye comes from the rib cut of the beef. It is the second section from the front on the top of the beef.
Brisket, Flat Cut, Boneless
Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef or veal. The beef brisket is one of the nine beef prime cuts. The brisket muscles include the superficial and deep pectorals. As cattle do not have collar bones, these muscles support about 60% of the body weight of standing/moving cattle.
Ground Beef
They take chunks of beef and put it into a grinder and may add a little fat into it. It is also called 'hamburger meat' or 'ground round.' You can get the regular (loaded with fat), lean (less fat) or leaner (very little fat.)
