The 4 Forces of Flight
Weight is the powerful force of gravity. It pulls objects in towards the center of the Earth. If the weight is stronger on top of the wing it will go down but if the weight is less the lift will make it go up.
The air moving over the top of the wing goes faster than under the wing causes lower pressure on the top and higher on the bottom. Which causes lift to the airplane.
Thrust is a force that propels the aircraft. It is normally created by the engines starting and suck up the air and boost it forward
The aircraft moves forward but has another force facing it dragging it back in the opposite direction that vehicle is moving. It pulls the aircraft back. But the thrust keeps it going forward.
