CPS Teachers Make A Difference

Week Ending November 13, 2015

Dear faculty,
This coming Friday (November 20, 2015) we will be having our faculty meeting. Since we are only meeting one time this month, the meeting will be from 1:20 - 3:20. We will be covering the following:
* Academic Review
* Solidifying the mission of the school as twice-gifted and understanding how problem based learning is used to challenge their higher order thinking and the arts are used to address executive functioning, dyslexia and other processing issues. We will discuss what training and resources are needed to continue to move forward.
* Use of brain gym is very important to the overall functioning of the students. Please be prepared to share with the group how you have been using this in your classroom.
