FROM THE HEAD'S DESK

Last Saturday we enjoyed the Year 7 Coaching morning, the sun shone and parents made the most of the opportunity to meet with their Form Tutors and the Rugby/Rowing coaching staff. Every person I spoke to remarked how well the Building Resilience talk had been and we will certainly provide more opportunities for similar events.

On Saturday evening I met with a number of our former Pupils,it was very entertaining swapping memories of past events, again a night to be repeated and I would encourage as many past pupils to attend as possible.

My personal thanks go to Suzanne Thompson our Guest of Honour at Speech Day, she helped to ensure that this was a great event. The quote today mirrors her message.

Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. Winston Churchill
