Book Fair - The Book Fair will be set up in the library during conferences.
Valentine Parties
Classroom teachers will have Valentine Parties on February 14th. Students are encouraged to bring Valentines for their classmates. Candy is allowed this year. Teachers will communicate to parents if they need supplies for the parties. We are not having parent volunteers.

PATHFINDERS MEETING - MONDAY, FEBRUARY 7
Students who are members of Pathfinders will meet on Monday, February 7th from 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm. Students will be dismissed from the front door at 4:30 pm. Please be sure that transportation has been prearranged. For questions, please contact Miss Litke at tllitke@mpsomaha.org.
FUEL UP 60 TO PLAY MEETING - THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 10
Students who are members of Fuel Up to Play 60 will meet on Thursday, February 10th from 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm. Students will be dismissed from the front door at 4:30 pm. Please be sure that transportation has been prearranged. For questions, contact the office at 402-715-8360.
GOLDEN SOWER MEETING - THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 10

FOOD DRIVE AT NEIHARDT SPONSORED BY PATHFINDERS
Pathfinders will be sponsoring a food drive! All donations will go to the Millard South Food Pantry to help families in Millard. Foods that we can accept are:
Canned meats
Canned Soup/chili
Rice and beans
Canned vegetables
Cereals
Peanut butter
Canned fruit
Pasta products
Donations will be accepted from February 7th - to February 28th. A table will be set up by the school office to drop off your donations. No glass jars will be accepted.

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES
Parent - Teacher conferences will be held on Monday, February 14 and Tuesday, February 15 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Conferences will also be held on Wednesday, February 16 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

Preschool parents - Due to multiple conference choices, we are not using Pick A Time. We are using Sign Up Genius to schedule your parent teacher conferences. An email was sent with the Sign Up Genius link to schedule your conferences.

It is Scholastic Book Fair time!
The fair will be open for parents to come and shop with their students on the following dates:
Monday, February 14th from 4:00 pm till 7:45 pm
Tuesday, February 15th from 4:00 pm till 7:45 pm
Wednesday, February 16th from 8:00 am till 10:45 am
Students may also purchase books throughout the day on
Thursday the 10th, Monday the 14th and Tuesday the 15th.

2022-2023 KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The MPS online registration portal will become available for new
Kindergarten families on February 10, 2022. The school office will be mailing an informational letter to all kindergarten families next week.
If you have a child or know of a child in our neighborhoods who will be 5 years of age on or before July 31, 2022, please contact Mrs. Svoboda in the Neihardt school office at
402-715-8360 to make sure he or she is on our list.

Millard Public School is now accepting applications for preschool
Applications for the 2022-2023 school year are due by February 15th.
You must live in the Millard school district and your child must turn 4 by July 31, 2022.
Scholarships are available for qualifying families.
