Mozart's Early life
Ever since he was a child, Mozart had a breathtaking gift, the gift of music. His Father (Leopold Mozart) was a well respected music teacher and played a huge role in Mozart's success. At the age of four Mozart learned to play an instrument very closely related to a piano, the harpsichord. By the age of 5, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart had Already begun to write music.He played the harpsichord for the Empress of Austria, and went on a tour of Europe, to play for leading politicians at the striking age of 6. Mozart was a very beloved youngster, he shocked everyone when he climbed up to the empress's lap and gave her a kiss. It's been known that Mozart had learned to write music before he learned to right words. He wrote his first symphony at the age of 8 or 9. His music inspires people every day and his extraordinary gift never ceases to amaze us either.

Above, is an illustration of what Salzburg, Austria looked like around Mozart's time. Mozart was actually born in Salzburg, Austria. It played a major role in his life since he was born and raised there, and he spent most of life there too, twenty-five years out of his thirty-five year life. He wrote many works of music and symphonies there, even though his first symphony was written in London. His times and the memories he had made in Salzburg were probably very precious to him . Although Mozart went on many tours and wasn't at home twenty-four hours a day, and seven days a week, this place was once his home.

Symphony No.41 "JuPiTEr
This symphony was the very last symphony that Mozart had ever written. This masterpiece wasn't only the last but is thought of as the best symphony that Mozart had ever written. That is why it was nicknamed "Jupiter" as a reference to the roman, king of the gods (since it's his best symphony) . In some places it starts out slow and then erupts into fast paced music with the entire orchestra.

Mozart's Legacy
Even though Mozart's music was no longer appreciated after he became an adult, his music inspires many people today. Mozart left us a very important legacy, that your dreams are still well within reach even if your still a kid. he was an incredible child prodigy who reminded us that anything can be possible if we put our minds to it. Something that we tend to forget.
