Summary
Lysander tries to get Hermia in bed with him, but Hermia wants nothing to do with it. After they went to sleep, Puck comes in and puts the flower on Lysander's eyes. Then Puck leaves, then Demetrius and Helena enter from the woods fighting.

At Line 78, Puck says, "This is he my master said despised the Athenian maid;". this means that , 'this is the one who hates Hermia.' This is important because this is where Puck puts the flower on the wrong person, changing the plot.

Lysander

Puck
Puck is a fairy who is the right- hand man to Oberon. Puck is significant because he accidentally puts the flower on the wrong person. The type of conflict Puck encounters is a Internal Man vs. Self conflict.
Demetrius
Demetrius is one of the two men in love with Hermia. He is significant because he provides a rivalry between him and Lysander for Hermia's love. The type of conflict Demetrius encounters is a external Man vs. Man conflict.
Helina
Helina is Hermia's best friend and she loves Demetrius. She is significant because she is the reason Puck messed up. The type of conflict Helina encounters is a external Man vs. Man conflict.
