7. Congrats to our "Go for Launch" Northeast Champions!
I am so excited to announce that four members of our Solve For Tomorrow team won at a competition called "Go For Launch" by Higher Obits and NASA!
The students worked for 20 hours, developing their teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Our BWRSD team won the "Space Glove" challenge as they honed their skills. Following that, they won the Northeast regional "Go For Launch" competition! We are so proud of these STEM champions! They are now in the national round.
There are five teams in the national "Go For Launch" competition sponsored by Higher Orbits. If BWRSD wins the national round, their amazing STEM project will be launched into space this summer 2020! Woohoo!! A special thanks to Mary Cabral who guides and advises these amazing students!
