Why is dairy food group important?
The dairy food group is important because your body needs calcium and vitamin D to make your bones stronger. If you don't get enough calcium and vitamin D in your growing ages your have a higher chance at getting Osteoporosis.
What is Osteoporosis?
Osteoporosis is a medical condition in which the bones become brittle and fragile from loss of tissue, typically as a result of hormonal changes, or deficiency of calcium or vitamin D.
Here three ways you can prevent from getting osteoporosis.
One way you can prevent it is by build a healthy body, be outside at lot the sun gives you vitamin D
The second way is to eat a healthy diet don't eat lots of junk food eat foods and drinks lots of milk.
The last way is to live a healthy life style and just sit around all day and be a couch potato. Go out side and go for a walk or do some yard work.
