Meet the Teacher Day is one of the most exciting days of the year for our students. We set this time aside so that you can bring your 2023-2024 Tigers to school to meet their new teachers, see where their classrooms are located, and store away school supplies.
Our Meet the Teacher Day Stations are shown below. Be sure to visit each station!
School supplies purchased from Schoolkidz were to be delivered to your child's homeroom classroom to be available for him/her to unpack on August 14. However, we just learned that the shipment has been delayed. We're doing our best to have the supply kits delivered by August 14. In the event the kits are not here in time for our Meet the Teacher event, we will certainly deliver them to the classrooms as soon as we receive them.
School supplies lists can be found on the West Cypress Hills Elementary website. If you did not purchase your school supplies from Schoolkidz, please bring your child's school supplies with you on Meet the Teacher day.
In advance of our Meet the Teacher Day, you were sent an email providing the name of your Tiger's homeroom teacher.
Please come to meet your teacher(s) Monday, August 14, and proceed to your child(ren)'s classroom(s) at the following times:
Kindergarten & 5th Graders: 9:00 am to 9:45 am
1st & 3rd Graders: 9:45 am to 10:30 am
2nd & 4th Graders: 10:30 am to 11:15 am.
