Is it Spring yet?
What a Great Weekend
It's the week before the big sprit week, which means spring break is right around the corner.
Before we dig into the week ahead, I wanted to make sure to thank quite a few people for a lot of different things that happened this past week. I'd like to start with a HUGE thank you to Jon, Trevor, and Molly L for their work on testing these last few weeks. They have been quietly getting through a mountain of Alternative Assessments and the OELPA for our ELL kiddos. Next, I'd like to thank Officer Duffy, Mr. DiMarino, the 5th grade team, the 2nd grade team, and our KDG for their work on the Teddy Bear Drive and the DARE graduation. Friday was awesome.
I'd also like to thank everyone who helped to host the group from Perry on Friday. The team had the chance to meet at the end of the day with the ILT to reflect on what they learned and saw... needless to saw they were extremely impressed with the school and the things happening in your classrooms.
Good luck to everyone participating the Science fair this week. It's a major event and your participation is appreciated by everyone.
Just a quick note, Kate and I will be out of the building on Thursday and Friday. We are waiting to hear who the administrator on call will be. We'll make sure to let you know as soon as we know.
Have a great week!
THANK YOU CSA!
