π¨ Family Engagement Day! π§Ά
Thank you to all that came out to our Fall Family Day! We loved seeing everyone and would like to give a special thank you to the Hoquiam Fire Department for coming out, showing off your trucks to the kids and sitting down to eat with us! The kids truly enjoyed it.
We look forward to seeing all our families at our spring event!
ποΈ Student Spotlight π―ποΈ
Homelink teachers like to recognize students for working hard each month!
*Mrs. Huett would like to recognize:
Kyler Parmley has been with Homelink for over three years. Kyler typically starts his daily course work with math because he likes math and it makes sense to him. Recently he decided that he would begin starting with language arts because "it is harder and (he) wants to get it out of the way." Way to learn an amazing life lesson Kyler and "handle hard better."
*Mrs. Sarich would like to recognize:
Roman Lopez is new to Homelink this year. He is doing an outstanding job staying up on all his work even amid the holiday distractions! Way to be dedicated and work hard Roman!
Lily Beeson has been with Homelink for several years. She participates in sports at the high school and activities here at Homelink. She has also managed to find that work/fun balance and keep up on her work while still enjoying all these activities and holiday distractions as well. Way to work hard Lily!
Mrs. Gladsjo would like to recognize:
Caitlyn Watkins has been at Homelink for several years. She is always polite and kind to others. She does a wonderful job and is a fun addition to our activities here at Homelink, such as our gingerbread house decorating! Nice work Caitlyn!
Mrs. Ihde would like to recognize:
Shaylee Johnson has been with Homelink for several years. Shaylee has had outstanding work on her academics and is doing an amazing job of working hard even when faced with challenging situations. Mrs. Ihde, and all of us here at Homelink, are very proud of Shaylee of all her hard work and progress! Keep up the great work!
Mr. Jump would like to recognize:
Isybella Caruthers has been with homelink for several years. She has already completed six classes this year (before winter break) and is currently working on semester two classes. Isybella always submits high quality work and consistently completes her weekly communication log. Way to go, Isybella!
