School Supplies

School Supplies will be handled a little differently this year. PTA will not be going through their website for sales but instead using an outside company in Austin called Sprouts. If you are ahead of the game and want to order for next year, use the following code: CES002 when going to https://sproutsupplies.com/school-supply-kits/. DEADLINE FOR ONLINE ORDERS IS TUESDAY JULY 17TH. Don't delay. Order your child's school supplies today!

We'd love for you to come volunteer this year!

All Plano ISD volunteers must have a background check every school year. Volunteer applications for the school year 2018-19 can be entered after July 1. The volunteer application process is online only. Please use this link: www.pisd.edu/volunteer to register. Volunteers without home internet access may use their local library’s internet resources, computers available at the Plano ISD Administration Building (Human Resources Dept., 2700 W. 15th St.) or computers at their child’s school library (please check with school office staff). All volunteers must complete a volunteer application every year, after July 1. Click on the link below for a complete list of step-by-step instructions on how to apply to become a volunteer at Carlisle again this fall. We look forward to seeing you around campus!

PUBLIC ACCESS: New Student Enrollment

Please be informed that the New Student Enrollment Packet of standardized registration forms has been posted for access by parents/guardians and employees.


The direct public link to the packet of forms is https://www.pisd.edu/ef Parents may refer to the District’s website where they may Type in the fillable forms prior to printing them.


Parents must print and bring the completed forms along with the required documents at registration time. (Note: Data is not electronically transferred from the filled forms into TEAMS or any other software.)

Free and Reduced Lunch for 2018-19

*The Federal Meal Program is here to assist families in need. Parents/guardians may apply for free or reduced priced meals for the 2018-2019 school year on or after July 26th https://fans.pisd.edu/fma.


*Federal Meal Benefits 30-day Rollover

Just a reminder that a student’s eligibility (meal benefits) from the 2017-2018 school year will rollover only for the first 30 operational days of the 2018-2019 school year. Please apply as soon as possible in order for your child to receive meal benefits for the entire 2018-2019 school year.

Carlisle Meet the Teacher Night

Thursday, Aug. 9th, 5:30-6:30pm

Come up to Carlisle and meet your teacher for the 2018-19 school year!

You must register online BEFORE you attend MEET THE TEACHER night.

In order for your children to get their teachers' names and know whose classes they'll be in this fall, you need to have completed all of your registration paperwork prior to "Meet the Teacher" night on August 9th. Here's how to do it:


  • Log onto PISD's parent portal at: http://parent.mypisd.net
  • If you have never accessed the parent portal, you will need to set up a new account.
  • Click on "New Registration" and set up and account using your student's ID number (this is the same number your child uses in the cafeteria) and your email address. (If you do not have an email address the easiest way to set one up is through a free service like Yahoo or gmail).
  • Once you have registered and logged into parent portal, you will see tabs for each of your children.
  • Click on each child's name and follow the directions for completing all of the registration information for the 2018-19 school year below.


You will need to complete the following information for each child you have enrolled in school:


  • Emergency information (have current, accurate emergency phone contacts).
  • Be sure to fill out health information completely. In the event of an emergency, it is very important that we have accurate information.
  • Sign the Truancy Warning Letter for 2018-19.
  • Sign the Student Policy Guide.
  • Sign the Student Information Release Form indicating your preferences and consents.


WE WILL NOT GIVE OUT TEACHER/CLASSROOM ASSIGNMENTS UNTIL REGISTRATION FORMS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED THROUGH PARENT PORTAL. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO COMPLETE THIS PROCESS IN ADVANCE.
