Happy Holidays from dōTerra Essential Oils!
This is the first edition of our monthly newsletter on essential oils, and it just so happens that we are in the "crazy season"! I love sharing the benefits of essential oils. While teaching a class about oils, We especially love when people share what their unique wellness concerns are. While everyone has specific wellness and health goals, We find that the majority of us ALL deal with the same issues across the board. Stress is a MAJOR one! We are all under stress in all areas of our lives at different times, but during the months of October, November, December, we start to be overwhelmed with "too much". Rest, quality sleep, and even 5 minutes of silence are hard to come by. There are many ways we need to take care of ourselves doing g stressful times. ONE way to implement healing and stress reduction is the use of essential oils. Essential oils are the "life" of plant, and we can use them 3 ways to heal our bodies and minds: aromatically, topically, and internally. During this holiday season, use your essential oils as tool to for "comfort and joy":)
