Truitt Middle School
October 2021
A NOTE FROM MS. GARCIA
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We have almost completed our first 9 weeks of school. Students have adjusted to school procedures. We appreciate all of your parental support.
Please make every effort to get your child to school on time. The doors open at 7:05 each morning and we are still receiving 50+ tardies each morning from car riders. Students should be in their classroom when the tardy bell rings at 7:20. At 7:20 the breakfast line closes so they can begin to prepare for lunch.
We have started our World's Finest Chocolate fundraiser. If your student would like to participate, they can pick up a permission slip during lunch. We thank you for your support!
We were selling our logo backpacks and have found them to be defective. If your child purchased a backpack with a Truitt logo on it and it has broken, please have them return to Ms. Bundy in the office. We will replace with another until we run out.
Sincerely,
Yvette Garcia
