A+ College Ready - Our teachers are all-in on the A+ College Ready E3 curriculum. This week Ms. Blunt, Mrs. Shambley, and Dr. Rainey attended the A+ Fall Leadership Conference in Vestavia Hills. Teachers will be attending content-specific workshops starting next month. Teachers will also be participating in Vertical Team meetings and Learning Rounds soon to continue learning Instructional Teaching Strategies they can implement in their own practice. Also in October, this years 7th grade students will be taking the PSAT 8/9 to establish the baseline data for them to be eligible for awards in 8th grade. We would love to hear your thoughts about the E3 curriculum and the teaching and learning that is taking place at NMS.
