PTA Student Directory Information
The PTA has the first edition of the 2015-16 Member & Student Directory available on PT-Avenue. If you are a paid member of the PTA, you can access it via the following link:
Enter the Organization Code dwepta22555
Click on the “Online Directory” button
Enter your email and password and click on the green “Enter Password” button. If you have not registered with PT-Avenue, click on the blue “I Need a Password” button. It will ask for your first and last name, email, and phone number. Please enter the contact information provided on the Student Directory Form or One-Stop Form, and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
Class lists with contact information can be found by selecting the appropriate teacher in the drop down box that says “Select Teacher”.
Members, please review all contact information for you and your child/children. If you have any changes, please click on the “My Household” button at the top and make the appropriate changes. Remember to click on the green “Update Member Information” at the bottom of the screen to save all changes.
A printed copy of the directory can also be accessed by selecting the “Documents” button at the top. This will be updated periodically throughout the year as we get additional member and student information. Please note that if the student’s grade and/or teacher was left blank on the Student Directory or One-Stop Form, he/she may be listed as “Unassigned” in the last few pages of the Directory. To assign them to a teacher, click on the “My Household” button and then your child’s name to the left. Use the drop-down boxes that say “Grade/Teacher” to make the appropriate changes, and click on the green “Update Family member” button at the bottom of the screen.
If you would like to access the Student Directory and are not yet a part of the PTA, please fill out the attached Student Directory form w/the $8 membership fee and return it to your child’s teacher or the front office. If you filled out a form but did not include the $8 membership fee, your information was entered and is included in the Directory. To gain access to the Directory, please send $8 and your name, child’s name and some form of contact information (email or phone) in an envelope marked “Student Directory” to your child’s teacher or the front office.
If you have any trouble accessing PT-Avenue or have any questions regarding the Directory, please email Allison Griffin, PTA Membership Chair, at email@example.com.
Thank you! - The DWE PTA
