Annual online student verification is now open and available for parents to update their child’s information for the 2022-23 school year. Online verification MUST be complete in order for your child to receive a classroom assignment or class schedule.
Online Student Verification can be found by logging in to your Skyward Family Access account. (If you need assistance logging in to Skyward Family Access, please click here for video instructions.)
Upon completion of each step, click on the box: "Complete Step # and move to Step #."
Please maximize your screen to ensure you are able to see all important information. Set zoom to 100 percent. Most required fields are marked with an asterisk. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and date signature.
Hold your cursor over the answer box to view a more detailed explanation of questions.
Text that appears in blue is a link to another site. Please click on these sites to get more information or to complete additional tasks. Once you complete the task and close the window, you will be returned to online verification.
Online verification is not COMPLETE until you click "Submit 2022 - 2023 Online Student Verification" on the last step of the process. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.
Student Verification must be submitted for each student in your family. Once you have successfully submitted one Online Verification, please return to the "Online Student Verification" tab to begin verification for any other students in your family.
To begin the online verification process, please click on Step 1, “Verify Student Information”.
If you have any questions regarding annual online student verification, please contact your child's campus!

Changes To School Breakfast and Lunch Prices
Federal funding for all students to receive free school meals is no longer available to school districts. This means that students must either pay for school meals or qualify for free or reduced-price school meals for the 2022-23 school year.
School meal prices for the 2022-23 school year are:
Student Breakfast (all grades)
$2.00
Student Lunch (grades pk-5)
$3.00
Student Lunch (grades 6-12)
$3.25
There is a possibility that your child may qualify for free or reduced-price meals through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). To find out if the children in your household are eligible for free or reduced-price meals, simply complete the Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals online or paper form.
Here is some important information about applying for free and reduced-price meals:
Any family can apply. There is no penalty for families who apply and do not qualify.
Families who have not qualified in the past may qualify this year, as income eligibility qualifications have been adjusted.
The application and free or reduced-price meal status are completely confidential. Teachers, administrators, and fellow students do not have access to this information and will have no way of knowing which children receive free and reduced-price meals.
Children who receive free or reduced-price meals have the same food options as children who do not. There are no “special lunch lines” or different menu items for these students.
Qualifying for free and reduced-price meals may provide access to many additional benefits, including:
Pandemic EBT benefits
Reduced registration fees for AP, SAT, and/or ACT tests
Free or discounted participation fees for activities
Discounted rates associated with college applications
Discounted rates on internet services
To complete the Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals online:
If you have an existing account, select “Login”; if you do not have an existing account, select “Guest Login”
Follow the prompts to complete the application process. (The application will ask for your child’s student ID number, but if you do not know your child’s student ID number, you will be able to look it up using your child’s full name and date of birth.)
If you prefer to complete a paper Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals:
Paper applications are available at any LCISD campus office, the district’s main office, and during fall open houses.
Return your paper application to any LCISD campus office or the district’s main office.
If you have any questions about school meals or the application process for free and reduced-price meals, please contact:

Drop-off and Pick-up
6th Grade
Drop-Off
- Please use the front driveway. When your car comes to a stop at any point alongside the sidewalk, have your child exit the car and walk to the front doors. If we drop students off one at a time, the process will take forever.
- The rising sun is bright in the mornings. Please proceed slowly, as students will be using the crosswalk.
Pick-up
- Please use the front driveway and stay in a single file line to the right. Some parents may choose to use the curb on 118th street. Your child can walk to meet you alongside the curbs to avoid the "one at a time" pick-up. When you exit the driveway, please turn right on 118th to access Indiana Ave. This will help ease traffic along Kenosha.
7th and 8th Grade
Drop-Off
- Please use the back driveway. When your car comes to a stop at any point alongside the sidewalk, have your child exit the car and walk to the concession stand doors by the picnic table.
Pick-up
- Please use the back driveway and stay in a single file line to the right. Some parents may choose to use the curb on 122nd street. Your child can meet you at any point alongside the driveway or 122nd curb if you choose. When you exit the driveway, please turn left on Kenosha to access 122nd St. From there, you are able to use various neighborhood streets.
Bus Riders
Students will be dropped off and picked up in the east parking lot. At the end of each day, we will have buses loaded and pulling out by 4:08 pm. ***Times will be delayed for the first week or two of school. Please allow some grace as drivers learn and try to perfect their routes.***
East Gym Parking Lot
Due to buses using this parking lot, please refrain from using it unless the following criteria is met:
- Early morning drop-off for athletes (prior to 7:30 am)
- Morning drop-off for heavy band equipment, such as tubas (prior to 7:30 am)
- Athletes or band members being picked up after 4:15 pm
