Coaches Catalyzing Change
A Community of Practice
Jewish Early Childhood Education is more promising and more challenging than ever before
Announcing Something New
The Paradigm Project, in partnership with independent consultant Diana Ganger, is pleased to announce the development of our first coaching community of practice in Jewish early childhood education. This is a unique opportunity for 10-15 educators from across the country who have the proven capacity to lead change and bring out the best in others. These coaches will become part of a community of practice, a transformative experience that will maximize their abilities to coach their schools and communities toward excellence.
Program Design: Through rigorous dialogue, extensive reading, deep Jewish learning, and self-reflection, coaches will deepen their understandings of the practice of coaching while actively and collaboratively grappling with dilemmas of change management in Jewish early childhood education.
The group will meet 4 times a year: December 13-15, 2015 (Chicago); March 13-16, 2016 (at the Paradigm Project Conference, plus an extra day on the 16th); May 22-24, 2016 (Chicago);and July 17-19, 2016 (Location TBD).
Cost: Through the generous support of the Covenant Foundation, JESNA, and the Davidson School at JTS, we are able to subsidize the cost of this CoP. Thus the cost to each participant is $6,000 (including food and lodging).
