Makerspace Mania!
Students had a great time creating holiday décor for the library. It was more than a one day process especially our repurposed book tree.
Hour of Code
Students and classes are coding in the library in order to grasp the concept of computer programming and have an awareness of computer science.
Techie Tuesday and sometimes Thursday too!
Sixth grade AIM classes have been fine tuning their Google tech skills this semester. Once a week, classes come in to the library to learn new Google Drive skills. They are no longer novices!
Book Fair was a success!
A huge thank you to our volunteers: Janie Lopez, Lindsey Mendieta, Sylvia Roman, Becky Bauer, and Rosie Casillas! Thank you Janie for coordinating it ! Book fair profits are used to purchase books, technology, and reading promotions to encourage reading along with learning in the library.
