Welcome to April and hello Spring πΌπ»π! After having the opportunity to celebrate with Faculty and Staff at SSW's Service Recognition Event we wanted to continue the celebration by sharing the first group of SSW Staff Recognition Kudos! We are grateful to work with such amazing and dedicated individuals. Thank you Dottie, Dan, Kerry, and Baheejah for all you do!

Transgender Training Institute Q&A Sessions
- April 26 - 11am to 12pm or June 2 - 10am to 11am (zoom detail forthcoming!)
- Be sure you watch the pre-recorded training prior to attending a Q&A (refer to email sent 4/6 for the link & password). Keep an eye out for local watch parties being coordinated by our Council members!
SSW Staff Council Brown Bag Sessions
These are brief sessions where we will be looking to bring an expert to discuss a specific topic or just gather a group of staff members together for an open forum. No registration will be needed, just drop in! All sessions will be held on the days noted below from 12pm to 1pm.

- Donate Vacation Time | As you plan your PTO schedules, those who are not able to exhaust all accrued vacation time in excess of the one year carry over allowance may wish to support colleagues suffering from catastrophic medical conditions by donating excess vacation time to either the Compassionate Leave Program or the Staff Leave Donation Program (Guidelines may vary.)

At the Institute for Families I am a Program Coordinator & I have been here about three months! - What was your first job?
My first job at 15 was a babysitter/camp counselor. - Do you prefer coffee or tea?

- If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Pasta - What is your favorite holiday and why?
Christmas is my favorite because of the time I get to spend with my loved ones and the spirt of the holiday. - What fictional place would you like to visit?
Neverland all the way!
