Week 3: Design Your Blog Banner
FALL 2019- EDCI318 Tech for Teaching & Learning
Why Visual Design Projects from the Global Digital Citizen Foundation
“Unlocking and stimulating eager young minds is not something that happens naturally in a classroom environment. The shift towards Ed tech development in conjunction with project-based learning, however, has cultivated a learning ecosystem that is disrupting traditional teaching techniques. By integrating visual design projects into daily lesson plans, students have the opportunity to demonstrate their newly acquired knowledge.

2. Design a header/banner for your Seesaw Blog.
Let's make it a bit more interesting and something that represents YOU as an educator.
According to Seesaw, the size is 1000px by 200px. But through trial an error we have discovered that 900px by 190px fits better. or 800 by 180 is even better depending on your design.
So use Custom Dimensions.....So use Custom Dimensions....So use Custom Dimensions
But I guarantee that if you do it on your iPad, you struggle to get your banner to look right and fit, on the computer easy peasy.
Instructions on how to add it to your blog are in a PDF below.
Frankly, this task is MUCH easier to complete using your computer!!
