Mamograms

This exam is for women starting at the age of 40 and up it should be done every year

This exam looks for Breast cancer

If you are doing it in your 20's to 30's it should be done every 3 years

This exam is for women at the age of 21it should be done every 3 years

This exam looks for cervical cancer

Prostate Exam

Men should get a prostate exam when they are 40 and 75 to detect prostate cancer

Only about 1 in 4 men with a positive PSA test turns out to have prostate cancer.

This exam should be done once a year

Testicular Exams

This exam is for males 15 and 35 any you are checking for unusual lumps or bumps — which can be the first sign of testicular cancer. You should do it once a month
