Dear Wise Sadie,
My name is Amethyst,I am 16 years old i live in Buffalo, New York, and here i walk every where, i'm very young but i constantly have back problems and i'm posture is like a crooked tree. i heard that is you lay down on your back then it'll stop but its just not working for me.
DO SOME YOGA!!!!!!!
yoga is the most beneficial thing to do. i advise you to run a little so that you can warm up your legs a little so that you can get in to the poses easily so you don't hurt your self
HuLa HoOpInG!!!!
hula hooping allows you to work your waist eventually benefiting your back as you sway.
SIT UP!!!!!!!!
when you sit down in your seat push your butt and back flat up against the chair. It may take some practice but you'll get the hang of it.
listening to music as you do these exercises it makes it a little bit more fun!
Exercise and Yoga WILL fix your problem
Dear Amethyst,
walking every where can cause back problems and slouching can result to a messy posture. I recommend that you do some yoga, the pigeon pose can be very beneficial to your back. sitting up and hula hooping as well can help a lot, and when you sit up make sure you stretch as high you can and relax take a deep breath while sitting up and doing yoga. Also listening to music can be motivational.
