Social Studies BOLD PLC

Welcome to 2020/2021

Hello Virtual Social Studies Teachers!

So excited that we have so many newbies in the group this year! I love our new name and logo - as we are BOLD!

I hope you are all well, staying safe, and practicing self-care - we need it this year - more than ever and that is going to be the focus of our next PLC meeting - see below for this year's dates.

Please get the word out to your social studies team members - the more the merrier - and more ideas! Feel free to have them reach out to me at therese.nourse@marion.k12.fl.us.

Take care and I hope to see you all on 11/10/20.

Terry

11/17/20

12/8/12

2/9/20

4/6/20

I am seeking presenters for the meetings in December, February, and April. It doesn't have to be anything extravagant - just a resource you use in your classroom, a hack you use that works well.

Also, your input is needed for these meetings - what do you want/need? I truly want to make this a learning community and a go to resource for all things social studies in the virtual world - but I need your help:)
