OSS 2ND ANNUAL PVO FALL FESTIVAL
Saturday october 20th 2018
To honor the Orlando Science Schools Day which is proclaimed by the City of Orlando to be on November 4th, we are inviting all parents and students to the 2nd Annual Orlando Science Schools PVO Sponsored Fall festival next Saturday, October 20th, 2018!
There are still Fall Festival sponsorships that are available. Please consider one of the sponsorships still available or an affordable family sign for $100. If you also work for a company that does donation matching, your donation will be doubled. You can find out all the fall festival information on our OSS home webpage or by selecting the link below.
We are also looking for donations for our Fall Festival Treasure Box. Please begin to collect small new and unused toys and trinkets for our Treasure Chest tent at the festival. These prizes are for the two(2) free game tents the children play to collect tickets and then redeem them for prizes at the Treasure Chest tent. Donation boxes are located at the front offices at all campuses to drop off your donations.

- Inflatables include Toddler Ferris Wheel, Toddlers Combo Bounce House, Girls Frozen Bounce House, Boys Justice League Bounce House, Gladiator Joust Arena, Extreme Rush Obstacle Course, 20 Foot Slide, 3 N 1 Bungee Run Challange, plus a Trackless Train.

- Dunk Booth – New teacher every 15 minutes starting at 11:45 to 3:45; Raffles & Silent Auction Baskets; Bake Sale
- Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Snow Cone machines; Cake Walk every 45 minutes
- 11:45 –4:15, Adult Cake Walk 2:00; Game Tents sponsored by the School’s Clubs, Vendor Area
New this year: Out of this world Science Experiment Demonstration
Wrist Band Information:
Wrist bands are only necessary for the children who are participating in the games listed in the description below. Adults do not need to purchase a wrist band to attend the event. Wrist bands should be purchased for children ages 3 and up. Age 2 and under do not need to have a wrist band.
Your wristband entitles you to unlimited use of the inflatables houses, face painters, trackless train and select games. Food (including halal and vegetarian options) will be available to purchase besides the carnival favorites of cotton candy, popcorn and snow cones. The event also includes a raffle (pre-purchase tickets here or at the event), silent auction baskets, bake sale, vendors and a mini wellness fair. Something for everyone to enjoy!

- Single Wrist bands - $15/ea (for children ages 3 and above not required for adults)
-Family 2 children pack – 2 wrist bands, 2 Lunch tickets, 20 raffle tickets, 10 food/activity tickets = $65
-Family 4 children pack- 4 wrist bands, 2 Lunch tickets, 20 raffle tickets, 10 food/activity tickets = $95

Donate Items to the Fall Festival Bake Sale
Orlando Science Families,
We are accepting donations of homemade baked goods (i.e. cakes, pies, cupcakes, cookies, candies, loaves of bread, muffins, etc.) for the Bake Sale at the Fall Festival. We would love to have a variety of ethnic foods representing our OSS families’ heritage and something your fellow compatriots would be excited to buy. We are also accepting store-bought goods for those who want to donate but have a busy schedule. Please donate only dessert type foods that will compliment and not compete with our lunch sales.
Things to remember:
- Avoid adding nuts as per mandated be the OCPS
- Include a list that states the ingredients inside your homemade food for allergenic purposes
- Wrap your food in clear wrap so we can see but is protected from handling
- Nonperishable goods can be dropped off at the schools to the PVO rep on duty at the front desk on Friday morning October 19, 2018 from 7:30—8:30AM or all items may be brought on the morning of the event before 11:00 AM

Final PVO Fall Festival Meeting-October 17th 2018
