What a great start to July! Classes are in full swing and there are so many new faces coming out to enjoy the fun as we are loving being outside and taking advantage of the beauty of our city, oh and did I mention we are working out!

Our classes offer small group training with one-on-one attention in a fun, challenging, motivating group setting. We help each individual athlete reach a new level of fitness and get fit for the journey we call life. We are moms, dads, grandparents , endurance athletes and everything in between, looking to train and have fun with the best. Our coaches are the best and we pride ourselves on our unique style of training.

What better way to end the week than with a $5 workout and a smile on your face. Starting this week, Friday July 18th, as we introduce our friends and family $5 Friday!

New athletes can drop in and can sign up for our 6am Yoga Bliss Class or our 8 am Total Body Boot Camp Class for just $5. You must sign up at to reserve your spot as class sizes are limited. Bring a friend, make a friend and get fit. live fit and be fit!

July Challenge

What a great start to our July Challenge. In our first week, we were able to blow past our 100 Mile goal and logged an amazing 175 miles (mo

The first collective 100 miles was completed thanks to all your hard work. For week 2, we are going to up the mileage to 275. You guys can do this and make sure to include your walking and running.

Not a boot camp athlete?? No problem, tag your family and friends on our facebook page and challenge them to join. Remember at the end of our challenge we are giving away fun prizes to both current athletes and friends of Bend Boot Camp.

The Individual 100 Mile Challenge is a great way to push yourself a little more. Join our run/walk group and add individual miles to your bank for great prizes as well as earn our special 100 Mile Club Award. .

Please continue to post on our FB page your daily mileage or you can e-mail Stephanie or D'Anza with your total each day, every other day or at the end of the week. The challenge ends July 31st so don't wait to jump on board!
