Operations Manager Steve Breckner leads a department responsible for keeping our schools operating efficiently on a daily basis. Click HERE for more details on recent projects, handled completely inhouse by our maintenance staff, that has saved our District thousands of dollars.

MUSTANG SPOTLIGHT - MRS. REBEKAH MEIER, EDUCATIONAL AIDE AT CHAPMAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
This week, we spotlight Mrs. Rebekah Meier, Educational Aide at Chapman Elementary. Mrs. Meier is in her 3rd year working for our District - part of her 13 year career in education. She is a graduate of James Madison University.
Mrs. Meier’s family is an active duty Marine Corps family. After her husband was transferred to Cleveland over two and a half years ago, Mrs. Meier found the right spot for her family to settle in Strongsville. “We were welcomed by so many, it made the transition here much smoother than expected.”
Being a part of the Chapman community has been a strong ‘work family’ for her, as well. “Our team at Chapman is a family. We are a well oiled machine and the positive dispositions and dedication to our students is incredible. I'm so proud to be a small part of it. And our students at Chapman are exceptional. I especially appreciate the trusting relationships we form during the year. When I am able to help guide students to learn and try new things in the classroom, and then later hear from their parents about how those skills have successfully transferred to their home settings, that's the sweet spot.”
Thank you Mrs. Meier for being a special part of the Chapman Elementary family!
