Last school year, I started facilitating BreakOut EDU games in the library for our students and teachers. I will continue to do so this year! BreakOut EDU games are content specific games that promote the 4 Cs - Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity. Check out the web site to see the selection of games. If you see some you would like to use with your students, let me know; and we will work together to make it happen.

Scheduling the Library and/or Librarian

As far as scheduling the library and/or librarian, we are still a bit "old school". We still use a paper reservation calendar in the library because I like to see you and to talk with you about your plans so that our collaborations can be maximized. We will share this calendar on Outlook, as well, so stay tuned for further details.

What are my roles? Teacher! Instructional partner! Information specialist! Administrator of the library media program!

Digital Research Guides

When working with your students on research projects, I can prepare a digital research guide. For the last few years, I have been using Smore to create these guides (link to an example is below). However, I can also create a Group in Schoology that students could join that would include resources. Let me know when I can assist your instruction in this way.
