Learn the basics
Prepare yourself for your regular yoga practice by learning from the ground up. Yoga is for anyone with the desire to practice it. It's nature is inclusive. This workshop will prepare you to confidently join the yoga classes in your community. Basic alignment principles and yogic philosophy will be covered.
Every Sunday from 2:15 to 3:15 at Maple Street Dance Space
Angie Campbell has been teaching and practicing for 15 years. Her background encompasses Iyengar and Anusara styles of yoga, as well as the Pilates method and many styles of dance. She's deeply curious about developing skill in moving energy through the body.
