Chromebook Repair, Device Protection Plans & Student/Family Agreements
All returning students that kept a device over the summer should have working Lenovo N23 Chromebook.
Students who are new to the district will need to pick up a device. More information will follow about how to pick up a Chromebook if you don't have one.
Prior to the start of the school year, Media Services is hosting Device Drop Off & Chromebook Tune Up events, by appointment, at Door 5 of New Hope Learning Center. Events are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30 - Noon; as well as, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 - 6pm. Students not returning to the District and those with broken devices should use this form to indicate when they want to return a device or exchange a Chromebook.
This year Device Protection Plans (formerly known as Chromebook insurance) can be purchased through our new Campus Store. Instructions and a link to the Parent Portal, where you can access the Store, can be found on the Technology page of the District Website. On that page, you will also find a fillable version of the Student/Family Agreement form. Please complete and print this form, if possible, and bring it with you to your school’s distribution event. If you cannot print it at home, copies will be available at the events. You must complete this form before you receive a device.
