Conductor
Materials that freely allows the flow of electrons with very little resistance.
Semiconductor
Materials that do not allow electors to flow freely but do not directly stop them either. They have more resistance than conductors but less resistance than insulators.
Insulators
Materials that greatly impede or stop the low of electrons with high resistance.
Compare and Contrast
Conductors are materials that allow the flow of electricity though them, however next to insulators, they are very different. Insulators are what contain and stop the flow of electricity.
Compare and Contrast
Semiconductors are the in between of the others. Compared to conductors they are harder to get through but next to insulators, they are easier to travel through.
