Team 4451 Robotz Garage Showcased on Behind the Bumpers
From Coach Sheffield:
Our robot, Maverick, finished ranked as the #7 robot on the Galileo field. As an Alliance Captain (one of 64 Alliance captains out of 3000+ robotics teams), we selected Team 4381 - Twisted Devils from Richland, Michigan, Team 401 - Copperhead Robotics from Blacksburg, Virginia, and Team 5987 - Galaxia from Haifa, Haifa, Israel. The students were outstanding and did an awesome job representing FIHS and South Carolina to the robotics world! We might be little tired today... (We landed at 6:30 last night and averaged walking 6 miles a day) Super proud to be a Fury this week!!!

FIHS Chorus Earns Top Honors in Dollywood
The FIHS Concert Choir performed for adjudication at the Dollywood Music in the Parks Festival Friday. The choir earned a superior rating for their performance, and received first place in their division. The choir had the second highest score of the day for any choirs, and third overall highest score of any participating band, orchestra, or choir (over 20 adjudicated schools). They worked so hard to prepare for this event, and we are so proud of their success! Go, Fury!
