#WhiteBoardWednesdays at Our Career Center
Every Wednesday Our Career Center will provide a 2-3 minute video presented by instructors and/or students discussing: How To's, Look For's, What Happens If, and so much more. These video segments will air every Wednesday on social media via our @OurCareerCenter account at 8:30. We are excited to extend our digital footprint and showcase our students and instructors.
This week we had Preston and Carlos from Ysleta High School in Auto-Collision discussing headlight restoration! We did transition over to TwitterAds in order to add our Youtube video in the [embedded] video for promotional purposes of our Career Center. Give it a look!
Guest Speakers in Architecture from CEA Engineering Group
In turn, a Junior in the Architecture program, Marco Vargas just got a job offer from CEA Engineering! He starts next week as a civil engineering design technician!
We love to have former students stop by and visit with us and speak to our students.

Each apprentice is given a short list of tools and textbooks that he/she will be required to purchse before they can go to work. If accepted into the program you will be sent to work for a signatory contractor with Local Union 583, I.B.E.W.
The work area, which is referred to as the jurisdiction, covers the three western most counties Texas, Southern New Mexico as far west as Arizona New Mexico state line and as far north as Cloudcroft. You must have a current driver’s license, transportation, and social security card.
