Great Fundraiser

I want to give a big shout out to students and families for this year's fundraising effort. We tripled our sales which all go back to the student's 8th grade field trip. This money will be used toward each student's trip whether it is this year or for the years to come. Some students paid for the majority of their trip with the 40% that comes back to the school, and some will have it done in the future if they keep up this effort!

Ski Club is Coming

The Tyngsborough Ski & Snowboard club registration is now open. The program will again travel to Pats Peak ski area in Henniker, NH, on Tuesday nights starting in January.

The club's letter providing information and detail is found here! Please make sure to read fully before registering.

Need for School Nurses

Tyngsborough Public Schools is currently hiring Per Diem Registered Nurses! If you enjoy caring for school aged children and are looking to earn some extra income, please contact Michelle Riley MSN RN, at Tyngsborough Middle School for more information. The daily rate is $165.00 for a full school day. Michelle can be reached at 978-649-3115 (option 2) or by email at

Many times students wish to share food with their peers in school. We try to limit this practice as we have students with allergies to be aware of. If you hope to send in food to school for more than your own child, please check with teachers and our nurse, Michelle Riley. Whenever food is prepared for a project or a surprise, there will be need to be an ingredient list for students and staff to observe.

The TMS/THS Late Bus has begun and will run every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the school year. The bus departs TMS at 4:00pm and will cost $1.00 to ride. Sign-ups and bus tickets will be sold and money will be collected during all lunch periods on that Late Bus Day. The Late Bus schedule and Late Bus routes have been posted under “Transportation/Bus Routes” on the TMS, THS and district websites.

Homework Club has started as well. Students do not need to pay for Homework Club. Homework Club runs in conjunction with the Late Bus, and is held 2:00-4:00pm with a teacher/advisor.

PLEASE NOTE: The Late Bus route does not follow the regular pick-up and drop-off routes. The route will depend on ridership that particular day. The bus company will try to drop the students as close to their homes as possible.

Spook a Thon

Hi, my name is Tori Kosiorek and I'm a junior at Tyngsborough High School. I am in a Comprehensive Project class at school of juniors and seniors where each student gets to put together a project of their choice and present the process by the end of the trimester. I choose to put together a Color Run because I am able to watch people of all age groups have fun while benefiting a charity. I choose the Make-a-Wish Foundation because no one of any age, especially children, would be faced with some of the struggles that some face under life-threatening medical conditions. I want to give every child the opportunity to live their lives to the fullest and make their dreams become a reality. Please participate in my fun event to help benefit the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Thank you!
